If you at least thought about what to write for a good 30 minutes then I would say you still did something. It can be difficult to constantly continue writing without pause.
So far I only have things planed out ‘till the 12th chapter. The ending? So far it’s no luck. It will probably help me a lot if I had an ending in mind.
I’m learning Japanese too! I’m in year 3. But our year 3/4 classes our merged. I can choose to do the J4 stuff. And of course I did. I’m a senior I got take advantage of that while I can.
I don’t really have any tips. Maybe keep your Kanas on point. I find Hirigana easier than Katakana. JP was easy for me because of the years of anime. I also try to translate songs to keep up my vocabulary. Try also talking more often in Japanese if you can. You also have think in Japanese not English, if you get what I mean. Sometimes I start thinking in my native language while learning JP
I get you. I know I could learn japanese faster if I used mnemonics, but I wouldn't be thinking in japanese if I did that. My spanish teacher in highschool always said to think in that language instead of associating one with the other.
