Rice... My greatest enemy...

Rice is only thing I never get right.
Always underestimate it and end up with 3 days worth or forget about it and overcook it...
Its tasty, but also enemy of mine :<

@Hirame Your portion is small or what cuz if you have the cup that's included in the rice cooker, you won't go wrong.

Rice is delicious
it goes with almost everything
Even just rice with fish sauce is good

I don’t use a rice cooker. I bake it in a pot in the oven.

In fact, we don’t have a rice cooker.

One of my uncles bought an expensive rice cooker from Japan and said the rice is really delicious because the cooker was expensive.
I admit the rice was better texture-wise but the flavor was the same, pretty sure the rice cooker can't really change that part.

We cook rice like tribal men. Thats how cultured we are to cook rice.

We put lots of different kinds of spices in our rice. Because of this the rice tuns out to be a pot of gold. There some red, and orange grains in there too, but it’s mostly gold. Lol, I get excited every time I open the oven and bring out the pot. Then I open it and it’s like a literal pot of gold.

I like me my plain white rice~

Note to self: Never let second bro touch the rice or it would end up as sugar rice(literally).
