After ChestNut dropped it, several other people there started translating individual chapters. You need to look through that thread carefully, but the following chapters are there even though their posting are all shuffled up.

NOTE: the translators are referring to their work as "fanfic", I guess as a joke to hide from provoking a cease & desist request. It took me a while to figure all that out.

Also, as of today, it seems chapters 111+ are still unedited, so they're hard to read.

I found that some of the editted chapters have been consolidated in pdfs.

Unfortunately, whoever did it didn't include the chapter #s. All I can say is that chapter 111+ is in pdf vol-6 which I'm rereading from now. I haven't finished it yet, so I don't know how many chapters it has.
