Well...yes and no. If you were feeling bad about basically making someone just to kill them for thier heart so that you could live, you could alternatively only grow the heart and not the full body of a clone. "Partial Cloing" if you would.
It's totally possible. We already have some of the base technology nessesary available right now. Scientists have managed to 3D print steaks and we all know about the sheep cloning experiment that was a success. The only thing stopping use from realistically making body parts now would be the complexities of them.
For example, a steak is essentially a slab of muscle fiber. We need to make several strand of muscle fiber and Integrate them into the same arm, all while accounting for blood vessels, nerves, bones, skin, and more.
