Yep, i mean most of what i read either the MC is surrounded by a harem or if it's a guy his fat or Hero worship the MC.

It's weird man, there's no bros in these stories, just loners, or harems, or underlings.

yep, from what i notice reading JP, CN and KN there was a lot of them were there's little to no camaraderie between bros in them. Hell just the few girl centric novels that i read also seems to be a lot of underlings and no friendship in them. Wish there's more of "Da Powah of Friendship" in them tbh, someone needs to take the opponent behind his back.

Or people that start as strong or stronger but the MC always catches up and passes. Never for them to get back to their level again

I've read a few but even then in most cases the Mc is always somewhat steonger
