Because i was just thinking how my friend was saying I should train harder and push pass my limits today but then I saw this manga and thought I want to build flexibility and all too so I'll train at my own speed and keep it constant training instead of pushing past my limits I'll keep it constant though everyday there are different limits for everyone I guess
Yeah it helped me see light ish as this guy was like i need to train harder though I'd be tired and all maybe not even be able to stretch after but my goals are to be flexible and strong though '3')
Also I found out I need to square my hips in my splits to get more flexible as they aren't squared and that just is improper split ish ...
Well Easter holidays coming up so more training and more sleep !
