Well it really depends on what you're taking the rest for, if you're just having some normal cold or headache 1 day of rest is enough to see if the symptoms will cease or they'll get stronger, of course in the case of something with more notorious symptoms its pretty common to give 3 or more days of rest

and @Frozen tentacled ink I think teantacles are wondeful however i dont think they're something that I need, because I'm already satisfied with my own person and no longer seek improvement in that part, my exterior is already completed and it would be detrimental to add more
