You can Discuss, Chat, make Threads, play Games like almost everything :D
On the top bar u can navigate

And the Main rules and other helpful stuff is at the top comment, just click on the Blue Name and then on the Avatar

So. This site is not 4 reading?

It is, but u are at the Forum^^
Just go up, click on the Logo saying "Novel Updates" and then search for the novel u want to read

You need to Click the Avatar and then Follow xD

click on the profile pic that you want to follow and it shows the word follow
