Why don't you take anti allergic drugs? I can't do without them in such condition.

Ohh then it'll be really difficult for you to sleep. You can try boiling some water and slowly inhaling the vapour.

Thanks for the info, generally if it gets real bad i take a hot shower with the same effect

But I will be asleep soon.

Hot shower has a more generalized effect, but inhaling vapour works better in sinus related allergies.
