Yes it does but we wore protective clothing. But I got shot from behind at my unprotected thigh. Hurt like hell but it was fun

Shouldnt they generally shoot at the chest area?

We were told to shoot at the chest and parts that have protection and also never go for a headshot. I guess I was unlucky. I played with experienced people, my coworkers said I did great for a newbie. Little did they know I had over 15 years of experience with FPS.

FPS doesnt teach you how to hold the gun

But it certainly does help me with my positioning, aiming, reaction, prediction and awareness. Which is much harder to learn than how to hold a gun.

I would argue about the rebound but paint gun doesnt have that heavy rebound..

You would feel nothing if you shoot one time, try shooting 100 times. Your shoulder will hurt
