So what have you guys been up to?

Same old, same old. Throwback time it is, so I went back.

I've been playing a game called 'Dragon's Dogma' lately, and it's been quite fun since I spend most of my time on the game.

It's like 'Monster Hunter World' and 'Skyrim,' but better, though one aspect that I don't like is how you can't have more than one save, otherwise you have to delete your old save to start a new game.

Ah, so it's like playing on hardcore.

Imagine your only save getting corrupted.

I mean I'm like 70 hours in, but sure. How many items do you need to raise a person's affinity to the max, also since I bought it on PS4, should I make a new "User" so I can have multiple saves somehow?

Which classes are you mainly using?

Fighter, since I like using the shield. I tried 'Warrior' and 'Strider' for a bit, but it felt too foreign without the shield. I'll try more classes as I go through the post game, but mostly for the augments.

You know, it took me 10+ hours to realize that I have to manually set the augments.

Each class has different stat growths if you're really into min-maxing but other than that augments are the only reasons really.

I've actually completed all the initial Wyrm Hunt missions, and I'm preparing for the next stage by finishing all the notice board quests, farming my vocation ranks on strider so I can get the grapple augment, and uncovering the entire map; maybe I'll try and fight the griffin to be honest.

Fyi are you playing the dark arisen version?

By the way, although I haven't tried, but can you skip the long journey for an escort mission by teleporting to a Ryft Stone?

You can also enter the other island pee post game if you want some challenge.

Yeah you can cheese escort quests using ferry stones. Thats what I always did to skip those tedious things

Also, I learned that you have to hold "grapple" to pin enemies.

@Blitz, is it possible to re-skin equipment?

It's simply because I like my current look, and I don't really wanna change it.

Yeah there's this one quest where you have to pin a fleeing enemy and its super annoying

Sadly you can't re skin your items

I hope the next game will be very similar to the first, but also have a bigger and more fleshed out story.
