Drink lots of water. It's a really good first step. Instead of just going all out on a diet, I gently start by just getting rid of my sugary drinks and drinking water. Then I just slowly do a bit more excercise each day...like parking your car a few blocks away or getting off your bus stop a bit earlier to walk part of the distance...Using stairs instead of elevators.
Cuz once you starve your body thinks of it as a case of real starvation n goes into lockdown mode... so you begin to use little sugar when you do your daily activities n when you eat, the body starts storing the food for future contingencies. So yup~~
