But today was a little busy. Had church than a family dinner. Let me tell you I was starving. I mean she did have snacks like fruit, cheese and meats, but that’s not filling. What was worse thou is mom wanted to do something special. Today being ice cream day. She made that as a surprise dinner. All I could think was where the food! But otherwise my day was ok.
Caloriemate is my life when I have to do family visits. I always scarf one or two right before going in to help tide over hunger. So...wait...you had ice cream for the meal or just the fruit and cheese? Cause if that's the case, I feel for you
Been moving toward a healthier lifestyle recently. Maybe because I still have soda once in a while I don't miss it as much. But there is no way I will ever give up chocolate. I just eat it in small portions now.
As for dinner. You heard it right vanilla ice cream was dinner. I stayed away from the toppings. And since I never eat sweets now. I figure to keep mom happy I’ll eat some ice cream.
I literally live at the base of a mountain in a town 2 hours from any city. I have access to nothing. I also miss Ken's Pancake House in Hilo. Best hangout spot ever for good eats and better company
Apparently I missed your comment earlier about beaches. I also miss that, and even as a girl, I found the girls a treat to look at. Especially the tatted ones >.> I liked being able to get out of the rain by simply crossing the street
Ehhh, probably Asian, just for clarity of skin tone. Their skin tone accepts color beautifully. Maybe Irish/Scottish next. Again, clarity and light skin tone. Eastern European. Though Islanders take really well to black/grey scale really well
Genetics help, too. You can have the most perfect looking skin as canvas, and still either react poorly to the tat or have your skin not hold the color well so the tat turns more into a blob as the color bleeds out. I'm lucky that I hold color well
I used to be pretty temperamental when I lived there, but I didn't like taking my anger out on others, so I would cool down by going out to walk in the rain, the warmth was comforting
Fav artist is my first one, Dave. My first tats haven't faded at all and the lines are really clean. As to fav on tv. I've only recently really started to watch the famous people so I don't have a fav, yet. Though I do love the work done on the blue haired chick on Inked
I like that style, too. And the shark is pretty good looking. Most people i've seen with island tribal animals had turtles. It's nice to see a different animal for once
If I did that style, I'd do either a bull/tiger shark or a jellyfish. I'm honestly surprised I never got one in that style, but I didn't get many tats in hawaii since I wasn't in a great place mentally at the time. And it's not easy finding an artist on the mainland that's good for it
