I got practically beaten in mma more than usual(did 3hrs and 30mins)
My wrist is hurts mildly when I do a push up (recommended to ice it and use a squishy ball and squeeze it with hand)
My elbow hurta when I press it (bone part hurts though no bruise showing, though not extreme pain just a little above mild pain)
And I'd gotten like 5 bruises
It could be a sign of a good mma session or just me being broken though '.')
But I'm gonna be in pain tomorrow o...o) when I wake up
I can even feel my hamstrings worn when stretching though doing yoga stretch for easiness
