Ritz cracker chicken with a buttery lemon sauce

Hmmmmm Ritz cracker sounds interesting....I would be hesitant to do it though just because the crackers might burn and smell disgusting.

Depends on how many people your cooking for, 3 tbls unsalted butter 2 teaspoons of lemon rind, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon parsley for a unfancy one

I've seen recipes that call for white wine and stuff lol

And for the Ritz cracker chicken there are alot of recipes for it online, what I do differently is I place the breasts in-between Saran wrap and pound it down with a mallet before breading it, and I fry it instead of bake since I get the width down it takes less time to cook

Or a rolling pin works too
