How long do you meditate daily?

40 minutes to 1 hour daily,and its Fun !

I wouldn't be able to stay still for that long

You are making me sound like an old sage or saint,and even i am not able to stay still for this much of long time.

how does one meditate? *o*
just sit and stay in conscious half-conscious state?

I used to do it by counting my breath or just think about something i did in the day... (this was during my chuuni days)
