I live in a small town, so... not really. To most of those, anyway. Best I can say is “sort of” to Mexican and Japanese. And I wouldn’t *really* count those places as authentic experiences.

I eat mildly spicy food all the time. Like, every other day. I don’t eat reaaally spicy things, tho, so idk.

Hmm, you should try a chicken tikka masala, then; not too spicy, but not too mild either.
