Flamer is actually the most approachable person for those he cherishes.
The salad had cut me off, so there was no point of really dealing with her.
As for the other one, it's already a matter of the past.

To deal with difficult people doesnt refer to their approachability. It is to share their unhappiness and make them feel warm, even if it's a tiny bit.

To me difficult people are those who shut the world out and become a recluse...but actually seek the warmth of others.
It's a tough job to stick to them.

But being approachable is the opposite of "those who shut the world out"
