That would be a one time reward for achieving all 3 stars of a mission. gems are valuable and should be kept, bulins are upgrade material for limit breaking silver to purple ships. each map has a 1-time clear reward and 3 star reward.
Right now i lock everything, even keep the first Bulins as collection and also so i get the bonus when it gets to lvl 120. But i know it's for end game but still keeping it.
