Well, if you were doing something about being transformed into another gender (futa) you could look at gender identity

Or if you talked about significant other becoming a futa, you can look at sexuality.

I'm surprised you haven't had a poll about mpreg either.

So you could do something with Futanari mpreg if you want to really push the envelope

So a world where there are only Futas and males. That could be a poll

Or something where a virus add futas to Earth's population and examining gender rights in light of them could be interesting,

For example, how do bathrooms work in a world where biological sexes are non-binary?

Or perhaps a futa fairy who gives out limited wishes/gifts to those who sleep with her.

Could be an interesting examination of sexuality and what people are willing to do, based off their perception

Or a world where everyone becomes a hermaphrodite. Are you the top or the bottom? Or, alternatively, who bears the children?

Ooh! A world where anyone can get pregnant. Political/social question asking about what maternity/paternity leave should be like.

I think that's a pretty interesting set of questions right there

Add a option in the polls if pickle should smash his head on a wall.
