or, yanno, take a few minutes out of your day and... do nothing? be it laying down, sitting, walking, whatever floats your plane.
just relaxing, no external input. And any time your mind says "what if" you say "no" and end the thought? (no idea if that is possible or helps, but I'd be interested in seeing somebody try)
Also, that what if thing works. You could also busy yourself with smth. For example, reading, games, puzzles... it's a temporary solution at best. I don't usually get anxious, bcuz if I can't affect the thing I'm anxious about, why bother? If I can, I will do smth about it.
yanno, you could always act like you did infact sell your body and soul to a demon, so now you gotta keep your life in order for when they take over, like making sure a car is clean before giving it to a new owner
@Kansuou... if it's affecting your emotions rly bad and the problem is severe, then maybe you should ask help with the problem and not the anxiety. That sounded condescending, sorry.
Yeah you probably need toss that pasta away. Though you can keep it for emergency like need a excuse to take a day of from work or trying to lose weight to fit into your clothes for a event.
