Not caring? if you dont care in the first place, it doesnt matter how bad something /could/ be!
becoming a pessimist? if you always expct the worst, everything else will be a pleasant surprise!
Demonic sacrifices? let Cthulu take your worries!
or, yanno, take a few minutes out of your day and... do nothing? be it laying down, sitting, walking, whatever floats your plane.
just relaxing, no external input. And any time your mind says "what if" you say "no" and end the thought? (no idea if that is possible or helps, but I'd be interested in seeing somebody try)
Booze is good but I'm on break. It'll make me mop up.
See, @Tilgarial? I gave the better advice. Booze is good.
Also, that what if thing works. You could also busy yourself with smth. For example, reading, games, puzzles... it's a temporary solution at best. I don't usually get anxious, bcuz if I can't affect the thing I'm anxious about, why bother? If I can, I will do smth about it.
@Tilgarial if I can sell my soul to Lord Cthulhu at least I'll have a goal to keep me occupied. But I can only wish it.
@Papercut its more than that, its influencing my emotions. One moment I'm panicking the next moment I feel like I'm going to waste away.
indeed, it seems :'p
I almost made a chemistry joke in response, but it was too basic
yanno, you could always act like you did infact sell your body and soul to a demon, so now you gotta keep your life in order for when they take over, like making sure a car is clean before giving it to a new owner
and... emotions are hard. that does sound troublesome
I deal with mine while drunk. I don't have a problem.
until you do, and it calls you papa
You mean the old food in my fridge?
@Kansuou... if it's affecting your emotions rly bad and the problem is severe, then maybe you should ask help with the problem and not the anxiety. That sounded condescending, sorry.
Yeah you probably need toss that pasta away. Though you can keep it for emergency like need a excuse to take a day of from work or trying to lose weight to fit into your clothes for a event.
Dieting... doesen't work like that. Maybe?
@Papercut no you're right, it's just my recent situation have been complete crap.
@Papercut food poisoning can.
