I think each captain will bring their sailors, and then they will agree on the leader, who will go to the captain's lounge to play with the steering wheel or something while the rest of the captains make the sailors carry the boat up the mountain

you assume driving up a mountain is meant to be a good goal when its in fact a bad end

Of course, the original was "too many captains drive the boat up a mountain" but I like Mile's version better.
