My motivation has been leaving me more and more the longer I've spent inside. Clearly this isn't related to human contact as I've spoken to my family plenty, and video conferenced lots of people. The only major change I'm aware of is not leaving my house.

There is a connection between sunlight and depression. A link between sunlight and motivation wouldn’t be too far’fetched.
