Depends on who those "some women" are. A lot are... hmm... how do i say this without sounding rude... ah yes, Hideous without makeup. Using it would make em less hideous, maybe even "okay." Plain looking ones look decent with makeup, most of the time.
Then there are those natural beauties, pretty without makeup, most likely gorgeous with it.

As for guys, if you're ugly, then you're ugly. Accept it. Ain't no makeup gon make your shitfest of a face better (I speak from experience.) Well, there's plastic surgery I guess.
