first go to the Blog section .you see on the top of page Create Blog post? click on that. choose your title , and then write what you want. then hit create blog post on the bottom of the file

But the category? Is it under "blog" category if it's just some paragraph about something? And, can I edit my blogs later to add more to the same one?

yep you can edit it like any other post. and title it as whatever . some of mine are filed under anime even though i have never spoken about the subject there. though just blog works well as a title
