Always try to voice your pain. Put it down into words, colours, anything. Don't suppress it within yourself.

For, if you express it, it will become an entity on its own and will leave you one day.

On the other hand, if you suppress it, it will feed upon your inner self and kill you slowly.

That's true..Voicing it someway or the other makes it so much easier to handle..
