What exactly are you looking for?
To create a thread on your own, you'll have to have 5 forum posts and be a member for 24hours, i believe (this rule is to prevent bots from spamming adverisements that'd have to be deleted)

If you want to post a comment in an already existing thread, you'll have to find the thread and scroll to tje bottom; the field for typing should be obvious
