Ch.17 and... wow. That really is a gem. This one really caught me off guard.
Especially the night after the incident with the officer, that was really well written.
Just finished book 1... holy shit. Thank you. Great Rec, not sure how I feel about it being a system thing now in book 2 but damned if I won't find out since book 1 blew me away.
Lol must have missed that. Thank God. I was waiting for the other foot to drop and didn't like the direction it could have gone.
But now I can say this is a 9/10 for sure. All caught up too.
