just like the description of this - Banana bread is a type of bread made from mashed bananas.[1] It is often a moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread; however there are some banana bread recipes that are traditional-style raised breads.
@OnceandFutureLurker I realized that afterwards when my father mentioned bread can be like cake-like too. A self-conscious person would probably notice the amount of sugar used in the recipe would result in something like that as well, regardless of the vegetables used, but I'm not a self-conscious person, apparently. XD
