I find specific things on the internet drain me, but that's almost always just decision fatigue.

Try not to care too much.

It's not about caring, it's about having to make the decision every time. People only have so much willpower throughout the day, so each little choice like that starts to add up.

The internet is not the cause, but the symptom.

What decision(s)?

The choice of whether it's worth my time to think about what they said, or if I agree, or if I should say something, or if I hold an opinion that will get me ostracized from my social circles. Various choices.
