the first thing that came to my mind is watching a horror move *nod nod*
or reading a horror story!
it'll make you stop the urge of sleeping because then you'll be more worried of who may be watching you~
(this sounds very wrong, ignore me)
I'll probably play some horror narration channels on YouTube in a bit. I kinda want to use that as my last resort since they do put me to sleep sometimes.
