I may not have a chili recipe, but I do have a taco meat recipe.

For chili, all I have ever done is heat up a can of Wolf Brand Chili.

Tell me about your taco meat recipient then o/

So, nearly brown all the hamburger meat. Toss in some chopped onions and sweat them up a bit. Then add a lot of chili powder, then some onion/garlic/cayenne/coriander powder. Boom.

Oh and some chicken stock.

Then reduce the liquid a bit. Then salt and pepper then you're done.
