Also my attempt is not to berate or belittle others.

Basically I work in a hospital. I have people complaining about how the prescriptions weren't sent in. I told them I will handle it. they then continue to complain for 15 minutes about how this is ridiculous

Them complaining is actually keeping me from helping them. They are reducing the quality of their own care and service through their own actions

They also lie and say they've been calling all week and leaving voicemails... I go through all the voicemails. That is some bs

I have a feeling these people never had to face any adversity in their life lol. Their generation got off easy.

everyone goes through life differently, but that doesn't mean that others doesn't have any hardship. they just take it differently~ *pat you more* that's admirable of you, to work among old people~ if it's me, I wouldn't be patient enough to face them~
