Distribution of the vaccine is a massive logistical challenge, at least from a video I saw.

wuwuwu girlie the vaccine for viruses are hard to make. there genetic material being RNA which is easily mutable. Just like how we don't have any particular vaccine for the common cold. same for here. still, I'm hoping it would at least go to semi-normal by 2021 seeing how this year is almost approaching end. Though probably the masks would still become a daily use.
