Oh i see, thanks i noticed the womens in America and Europe in 1920s with their style who's wearing a long coat, dress and a hat i saw it all in our fandom

So it is possible if this lady was in France, to have this ~
But the nobles however haven't been here for over 200 years, so it would just be elegant, if I understand correctly ~
