there's some sort of despair in it when FLs interact with guys or girls, sometimes they just want to live happily and it's very hard to do, they may die multiple times

If KR josei angst is bad, JP and CN josei angst is just pure masochism. FMCs treated like the dung of a pig by the ML, then ML redeems himself after a couple of chapters because "he regretted what he did and is now blablabla."

@pass1478 DX I actively avoid those with outright -female standing is low- summary. Some CN novels don't even try to make FL character make sense.

Idk why ML can't learn his lesson without it being ticket to MC's heart, there's other people in the world...
