Out of this all I can say that Mushoku Tensei, Horimiya and Wonder Egg Priority had amazing pilot episodes

Urasekai picnic has a cool af setting and is scifi yuri + based on roadside picnic novel so hell yeah. Although it might have a bit of pacing and budget issues

Cells at work Black is cool, it makes normal cells at work look like an utopia in comparison
