*nod nod* I know the feeling. Sometimes its just seasonal depression, other times its something you really need to listen too and figure out.

but either way, getting out of the house and your "Comfort Zone" is always a good way to help fight it.

ye barely ate today... for breakfast I ate one and a half slice of toast and then ate like 3 sticks of chocolate biscuits and before dinner I ate like 15slices of salami [was a bit hungry] and then dinner I ate like half of what I usually ate and was forcing it a bit

ty @Osamaru gonna try tomorrow... and it didn't help that I took like 3-4 naps ,.,)
yeah was a bit sad due to friends but yeah it'll pass ono)/

like wanted to cry a bit and like heart ached and like it felt uncomfortable during naps but like better now T.T

Like I said, the most important thing to do is determine if its just Seasonal Depresson, or if its something that's causing it.

That way, you know where to put your efforts.

it is a bit due to friends but I feel it was due to personal issues before but friends just heightened it...
