Yesterday I pestered my mom to cook pork blood and when she did, it wasn't as I fondly remember it and I ended up finishing the entire bowl all by myself. it was soft and like jello and my imagination ran wild, thinking; she did cook properly right??
Normal it's supposed to have more solid texture indicating it's fully cooked and safe to eat but the ones i had yesterday was soft like a delicate tofu that could break easily ~(TToTT)~
@LAOG rice. it's always rice. (i hate rice) but if ur asking what's in the dish with rice, it could be anything, up to the cooker's preference. The reason I had such a struggle is bc my mom used a celery looking thing and i hate celery
