The "Start a Conversation" button is basically a DM btw

I just make this account so i don’t how to use it, btw i doesn't see 'start a conversation', i try looking for it but i doesn't found. Do i need to follow the person first so i can start a conversation?

you need to have 5 msgs(in threads not profile post) to start a convo with a person
