Lazy mods strike again!

Could add one of those pop up menus where you just select reason and it makes message for you as well.

@Little Evil, I'm not looking to make it easier or more efficient. This is the opposite of that, actually. I think it'd be fun to let people who report threads roleplay the mean forum mod locking the thread.

They'd need to state the reason the thread is being locked, of course, not just type up random gibberish. But there's always room to flesh it out a bit.
