Also, @Gandire Alea I did mention to her before that if she doesn't have any weights she can just use old milk jugs filled with water. Was that alright?
Weight lifting is easier than pushups. You can start from something much lighter. It also works different muscle groups, but will still help with it on a broad level
Take it a step further!!
You're already putting in the work.
But the running method i mentioned earlier works great for weight loss, assuming you do 4-5 miles
I don't body build. I don't have much in terms of qualification for being included as a physical trainer here~
As for sports, I used to dance and do martial arts. I kinda have to stop now do to a bad spinal disk though >.>
It's made exercising a lot harder for me.
Degraded spinal disk. Nothing I can do about that other than be careful with the activities I do. Still, for the most part, it doesn't bother me too much. But now that I know what it is, I'll run less intensely (once I get better). I'll take off one of the laps I do >.>
I'm just getting out of covid ... so I'm taking it slow ~
Currently I do 40 push-ups and 40 abs, 20 squats each days with 25 min of footing x2 per week, flexibility and sheathing ~
But before covid, I was used to doing 80 push-ups and abs, 20 squats
each days and 40 x2 per week minutes of footing~
But I don't know anything about it, I'm inspired by Saitama from one punch man ... ~
And I'm waiting for my climbing club to open again ~
I find sit ups frustrating. When I was younger, I had a bar set up along with a plank of wood. My knees would go over the bar and the plank of wood would support my shins and I'd do sit ups hanging upside down.
it was in the attic of a house.
Do you know how some of them have pointed roofs?? On the inside, there is a row of beams above the floor. Well, I set up a bar and a plank between two beams and just used that. It could also be used for chin ups and pulls ups. I could even use the beams of the room for a side ways up thing~
bleh, yeah. Finding a place to do them like that is difficult.
I also used a pair of filing cabinets. They were more or less equal height so I would put on hand on top of each of them and then leap. That would suspend me off the floor about 10 cm. I would then do leg lifts~
This system you built haha ~
*nod nod*
...I have a really low baseline blood pressure, I have never been a sports performer and even now, depending on the variations in my blood pressure, the exercises can get really complicated ...
*cheer up*
more than a system, I just went and appropriate what I could around the house. All in all, it was similar to you in that it was just me and my body.
My blood pressure is genetic though, nothing I can do about it. Not like I can give up drinking coffee and alcohol, I don't touch them to begin with.
* nod nod *
Anyway, no need for a material that costs an arm ~
Hope you will be in good health, people making effort and taking care of them deserve it ~ @SquadCammander354 I like fluffy balls, but silky fluffy balls are better ~
