My father was giving me a lecture yesterday. He was proud of doctors who can do surgery for 2 days straight and expected me to do the same

But I am scared. I don't want to work for 2 days straight. I don't care for honour or how cool it looks.

The point is, future doesn't look inviting.

I am just a student. I am binded by society to not sleep and not enjoy my life. The little bits I spend here would get me yelled at. Atleast you have a peace of mind

No time for a future. But then the life spans started getting longer, and people started having more and more future. And now life has become the future.
