If you can get 100 messages, you can make it your title

like i just need to spam messages till i get 100? it will appear automatically or a new tab will open in my profile?

profile posts don't increase your message count
you have to post in threads

At that time, you'll be able to change it on your personal details section, you'll be able to fill in a custom title or multiple ones. Profile messages don't count, tho
