Ooh probs to you! Are leg lifts literally lifting your legs? Is there any weight involved?
Pretty bad haha. I'm mostly back to normal now but still don't feel 100% - maybe like 85~90? There's still that last little bit of the cold that is uncomfortable ~
I prop myself up so my feet are off the ground and then I raise my legs~
so yes, literal leg lifts.
I also tried doing chin ups yesterday. I could barely manage two at a time >.>
