Perhaps but a blower usually scatters. Besides more fun setting them ablaze

I saw a vid a few days ago. There's a guy on a skateboard holding an umbrella and a leafblower xD
He's using the leafblower to propel himself forward

This gnome looks familiar...

Also, flat out burying leaves is useless. They need a mixture of air as well.
