It is a better idea to make a new thread to ask for recs or forgotten title then to hijack someone else's thread.

Also this rule, 2.1 Why can't I make a thread? You need at least one post and wait 30 minutes to be able to make a thread OR wait until your account is 24 hours old. This was implemented to stop spam bots.
