@Tech is life where exactly do I have to go to create a new thread?

First u have to know what sort of thread u want to create. If it's something random like expressing opinions or something then go to general chat in forums section. If u want to spoilers, looking for novels then u will find those separately in forums section.

To create a new thread u will atleast need one post or comment on any thread and your account must be 24 hours old. When u are finally done with this u go in any section of forum . For example if u want to create a spoiler thread . Go to spoilers section. On the top u can a blue box Create a new thread. Click on it and u are done ~~
