Oh i forgot mc having the earth knowdlge and such stuff yeah now i 100% believe this is an isekai although this one is a tricky one when considering the process of being summoned which is rare among isekai but still an isekai overall regardless good to know thanks

Well, that hero guy got isekai'd regardless of what's going on with the MC. There's some other stuff you could use to make a technical argument as well.
That said, with the MC having earth-knowledge and such I think its close enough that people looking for that tag will be interested and people trying to avoid that tag will want to avoid the series - which should be the main thing that decides what a series is tagged or not imo.
