Let's do this, after finishing my credits I'll find some work and during the meantimes find some opportunities to work out. It'll probably be at night or something.
starving yourself is bad. Controlling what you consume is what I recommend. No pizza, burgers, or high sugar and high salt foods.
I think having food like that is impossible to avoid when starting out, does eating like I normally would and working out like crazy work too?
it is not, it depends on how you cook. If you don't cook and only buy premade food or just eat out, then you are just making it harder for yourself. Food cooked with a lot of butter is also bad.
Speaking of butter, I only add a small amount in Macaroni. I don't like it super wet, makes it feel and taste...soggy.
unless you are making it your self and not that instant mac and cheese kind, I recommend you stop eating that
